How to register to the conference?

Online registration is now closed. If you still want to register to the Summit, please do so directly at the Registration Desk on site.

Included in your registration fee:

Students & Groups

UITP offers students a special rate at 150 € + applicable VAT. Valid only for university students on a relevant field that can provide proof of student status, under 25 years old (evidence will be required at time of registration).
We reserve the right to charge regular delegate registration fees if you do not produce documentary proof or if you do not meet criteria for 'student' status. Student rate is only available for full conference attendance.
Note that student registrations can be done by fax only.

Visas

Applicants who wish to receive an invitation letter for their visa applications are required to first pay their participation fee. Should the applicant not be granted his/her visa, the participation fee will be reimbursed (not including bank costs) providing a written proof from your embassy or consulate. UITP will grant visa invitation letters up to four (4) weeks prior to the Conference date. Within four (4) weeks from the Conference date visa invitation letters cannot be guaranteed. Please note that all costs relative to the sending of those documents are to be supported by the participant.

Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Delegates are kindly requested to make their booking directly with the hotel of their choice.
